My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was amazing, right on the beach and close to popular spots, but there were some room issues like a stained lamp shade and a view of a neighboring dirty hotel roof. The chrome cast feature for entertainment was a big plus for our Miami trip.
The hotel had some mixed aspects to it. While the rooms lacked fresh air and had smaller beds than expected, they were situated on a high level, although not ready at the 4:00 check-in time. The service was top-notch with professional and kind employees, though it could have been more visible. The location was ideal, striking a balance between being close to popular spots like South Beach and being peaceful. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of fresh options. The facilities were satisfactory.

The service was a mix of friendly and unapologetic staff, and the location, while beautiful, had early closing hours and allowed smoking by the pool which was not ideal. The dining was a bit hit or miss with good quality but nothing exceptional. However, the large palm tree garden added a nice touch to the surroundings.
Upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon, our room wasn't ready, but after requesting a change due to frayed carpets at the entrance, we received a clean and comfortable room with a stunning ocean view where we spent several days enjoying the scenery. The staff were mostly good and helpful, although a bit overwhelmed at times. The location was amazing for relaxation, but construction caused heavy traffic, impacting the overall experience. The dining options were good value, especially considering the perfect ocean view.
